No Firearms On Drones

The FAA current rulemaking  for Small UAS failed  to address the issue of firearms and small UAS.  This is a critical error.  The FAA must make clear from the initial regulatory moment of small UAS that firearms of any kind may not be incorporated in, or transported by, small UAS.  The FAA must make manifestly clear that current regulations concerning firearms and aircraft, such as those found in CFR Title 49: Transportation, Section 1540 et seq. and the Transportation Security Administration’s applicable rules, must apply to small UAS.  Otherwise, this will happen:  Prototype Quadrotor with Machine Gun!  This cannot be permitted to happen in our society.  Safety First.
